My Story

Healing from a Narcissistic Divorce

I remember sitting alone in my car after everything had finally quieted down.
The texts had stopped. The arguments had paused. The house was silent.
And yet…my mind wasn’t.

I kept asking myself the same question over and over again: How did I get here?
Because from the outside, it didn’t look like anything was wrong.
But inside, I felt like I was disappearing.

What people couldn’t see was the constant second-guessing.

The way I replayed every conversation, wondering if I had said the wrong thing.
The way I tried harder and harder to fix something I couldn’t name.
The way I started to believe that maybe…it really was me.

If you’ve ever felt like you were walking on eggshells…
If you’ve ever felt like no matter what you did, it was never enough…
If you’ve ever questioned your own reality…

Then you know exactly what I mean.

I wasn’t just exhausted.
I was disconnected from myself.

There wasn’t one dramatic explosion.
It was quieter than that.

It was the realization that I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

That I had become someone who was constantly anxious… constantly trying…constantly shrinking.
And somewhere deep inside, a small voice said: This isn’t who you are.

Leaving – or even just waking up to what’s happening – isn’t the hard part.
What comes after is.

The confusion.
The emotional exhaustion.

The constant questioning:
Was it really that bad?
– Was it me?
– Why do I still feel this way?

I tried to push forward.
I tried to stay strong.
I tried to “move on.”

But nothing actually changed – because I hadn’t healed what was underneath.
And that’s where so many women get stuck.

The shift didn’t come from trying harder.
It came from finally understanding what I had been through – and what it had done to me.

Learning how to:
• Trust myself again
• Rebuild my sense of reality
• Process the emotional damage I didn’t even realize I was carrying

And most importantly…
Stop abandoning myself.

That’s when everything started to change.

I’m not the same woman I was back then.
And that’s a good thing.

Because now I feel:
• Clear instead of confused
• Grounded instead of anxious
• Certain instead of constantly questioning myself

Not because life is perfect.
But because I finally trust myself.

Because I know what it feels like to be in it.
To look like you’re holding everything together…
While inside, you feel like you’re unraveling.

And I also know this:
You don’t get out of this by time alone.
You get out of it by healing in the right way.

You feel like you’ve lost yourself in the relationship.
You keep questioning your reality.

You’re emotionally exhausted from trying to make things make sense.
You’re doing your best – but nothing seems to fully shift.

If that’s you…
You’re not broken.
You’re responding to something that was never healthy to begin with.

When I was going through this, I didn’t have a clear path.
I had to figure it out the hard way.

That’s why I created one.

A step-by-step process to help you:
• Understand what you’ve been through
• Break out of the confusion and self-doubt
• Reconnect with yourself
• And finally feel like you again

This isn’t surface-level advice.
This is the work that actually changes how you feel, think, and move forward.

If you see yourself in this story…
If something in you is saying this is exactly how I feel…

You don’t have to keep doing this alone.

I offer a limited number of 1:1 Healing Clarity Calls where we can talk about what you’re going through and help you understand what’s really happening – and what to do next.

This isn’t a sales call.

This is a space for you to:
• Talk about what you’re going through
• Get clarity on what’s actually happening
• Understand what’s keeping you stuck
• See what real healing could look like for you

And if I feel like I can help you, I’ll walk you through what that would look like. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity.

• Getting clear on your situation
• Understanding why you feel stuck
• Seeing what healing could actually look like for you

This isn’t about pressure.
It’s about clarity.
And if I can help you further, I’ll show you how.

If not, you’ll still leave with more understanding than you have right now.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to take this step. I know how confusing this phase is – because I’ve lived it and now guide others through it…

You are not alone.
And this is not the end of your story.

There is nothing as powerful as the love of a Mother.
